30 Day Return and Refund Policy

InnobuddyLab offers physical products, such as the AI toys and its accompanying accessories (referred to as “Product” or “Products”). If you are unhappy with your purchase of a new Product from the InnobuddyLab online store (referred to as “Store”), you may return the Product within 30 days of the shipment date, provided you obtain a return material authorization (RMA). To qualify for an exchange or refund, the Product must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. To request an RMA, please contact support@innobuddylab.com. The returned Product must reach InnobuddyLab within 10 days of the RMA being issued. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
All returned Products must be securely packed in their original, unopened, and unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration materials that were included with the Product. The RMA number must be clearly included with the returned shipment.
InnobuddyLab reserves the right to refuse delivery or impose a restocking fee if a Product is returned (a) without an RMA, (b) after the 10-day RMA return window, or (c) without proper packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or are missing parts, or have damaged packaging may be eligible for only a partial refund or may be sent back to the customer at their expense, depending on the condition of the Product.
Processing times for refunds may vary. Once the returned Product is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
